In addition, we maintain a comprehensive Policy and Procedures manual – an active document that outlines all formal safety policies and job specific procedures. As snubbing technology expands, the need for additions to the manual is constant. Every employee contributes so that future employees can benefit from past experience. Anyone within SNUBCO can contribute to improving or upgrading the Policies and Procedures manual; it is re-evaluated every year.

We consider safety training a “life-long learning” process and continually develop specialized workshops to keep up-to-date on safety topics related to our industry.
