The Snubco Group is proud to introduce the new safety system Snubsmart. The Snubsmart system is a state-of-the-art, wireless, intrinsically safe system designed to improve safety during snubbing operations. Snubsmart monitors BOP ram position with indicator beacons and remote LEDs showing positioning of rams. Remote lights mount at rigs driller controls for easy visibility. Snubsmart takes snubbing safety one step further by controlling the pulling power of the rig with an adjustable throttle control. Snubsmart allows the throttle to be preset, before and during each job, in order to work safely within the parameters of the tubing string.

Using the Snubsmart panel all pipe OD, weight, and grade, the number of jack legs on the snubbing unit, the rod and cylinder sizes of the jack legs, well depth, and well pressure information can be entered into the Snubsmart system. The Snubsmart system will then set safe working parameters.
