About Snubsmart

Innovative computer safety technology designed to aid in identifying potential snubbing hazards. Snubsmart is compact, intrinsically safe, easy to program and install. This condensed system works collectively with any snubbing unit and BOP configuration. Indicator lights indicate BOP ram position and adjustable throttle control that is preset to factor in safe working perimeters of the tubing string.

Snubsmart systems have a complete self diagnostic system running in the background. All components are monitored for proper operation, low battery power and network communication. If a problem should arise, crews need only to bring up the diagnostic screen and all system components and their status is reported. This allows for a very fast diagnosis of the problem and limits down time.

The Snubsmart system is easily expanded to add on newly developed safety features and optional components.
