Snubbing Equipment specifications:
- BOPs: 5000 psi (35 Mpa) X 7.062” (179mm) stripping stack: consisting of one Shaffer annular preventer and two Academy Type “A” BOPs. The two stripping BOPs are separated by a bleedoff / equalize spool that has hydraulically operated plug valves and integrally mounted Baker chokes. The unit structure allows the option of installing a 7.062 (179mm) X 10,000psi (70 Mpa) stripping stack in place of the standard 5000psi (35 Mpa) stack.
- Hydraulic Jack: 141” (3.6m) stroke with 5.5” (139.7mm) by 3.125 (79.38mm) cylinders to produce a snub force of 64,000lbs (29daN), complete with hydraulic brake for added safety when pulling pipe c/w 4 ½” (114mm) tubing tongs with hydraulic backup.
- A 500 lb pipe handling winch operated from upper basket.
- 100% certified: The unit has engineering and material certifications for all structural or pressure containing components. All wellbore pressure containing components meet N.A.C.E specifications
- Accumulator: 40 Gal (151 L) with nitrogen backup system.
- Snubsmart: Unit is equipped with the Snubsmart safety system with lights and beacons indicating ram position and a throttle control to limit pulling power of rig.
- BHA handling space: 1.85m (73”)
- Lubricating space: 2.60m (102”)
- Rigged up height: 5.18m (204”)
